Specification of flux:
Flux LHSJ301 is a neutral silicon and calcium sintered flux with ball form granular of brown, grain size of 10mesh~60mesh. It can be used on AC or DC+ with large electric current. The welding character is stable arc, easy slag removal and smooth welding bead.
Application of flux:
This flux is suitable for the welding of structures, boilers, pipelines and etc.

SiO2+TiO2: 35-45; CaO+ MgO: 20-35; Al2O3+MnO: 20-35;
CaF2+FeO: 5-15; S: 0.021 max; P: 0.030 max;

The instruction of usage:
Dry the flux at 300℃ ~ 350℃for 2 hours before use.
Remove the rust,oil and dirt from the surface of welding groove;
