Specification of flux:
LHSJ402 is a sintered flux of manganese silicon. As the acid welding flux, the alkalinity is about 0.7 Max. It is a
ball form granule with the grain size of 10mesh - 60mesh. It is suitable for welding base on AC or DC. Its welding
technology is better and arc-stability with less consumption. The welding bead is smooth and light and easy slag
removal.
Application of flux:
For the combination with welding wire H08A, it is suitable for welding steel sheet and medium thickness steel plate,
higher fast welding especially.Also it used for welding the train steel structure and the alloy steel pipeline.
The composition chemical of flux ( %): Acid welding Flux
SiO2+TiO2: 30-40; CaO+ MgO: 10-20; Al2O3+MnO: 25-40;
CaF2+FeO: 5-10; S: 0.023 max; P: 0.029 max;

The instruction of usage:
Dry the flux at 300℃ ~ 350℃for 2 hours before use.
Remove the rust,oil and dirt from the surface of welding groove;
