Specification of Fused Flux:
Flux LHHJ431, it is a kind of high-Manganese oxide fused flux with glass granule red-brown to light yellow, grain

size of 2.5mm~0.45mm (8~40 mesh). The flux is good at welding and weld-ability.  It is suitable for the welding

polarity with AC or DCEP.

Application of Flux:
For the combination with welding wire H08A, H08MnA, H10Mn2, this fused flux is designed for welding low alloy high-

strength steel ( such as 16Mn, 15MnV steel etc )
and the important steel structures, the fabrication of ships, boilers and pressure vessels etc.

The chemical component of welding flux ( %): 
MnO+ Al2O3: 39.42 %;  SiO2+TiO: 43.51%; CaF2+FeO: 5.36%;
CaO+ MgO: 9.15%;    S : 0.05 Max;      P: 0.04Max;

The instruction of usage:
Redried the flux at 300℃ ~ 400℃for 2 hours before use.
Remove the rust,oil and dirt from the surface of welding groove;
