Specification of Fused Flux :
This Flux is the low manganese-oxide fused flux with gray color glass granule, grain size is about10~60 mesh in size.
The weld polarity DC+, the welding-ARC is table and the good welding bead available.
Application of flux :
Combination with stainless steel welding wires ( H0Cr21Ni10;H0Cr21Ni10Ti;H3Crl3 etc ), this fused flux is designed
for welding the acid-resistance stainless steel structure and is also suitable for hard-facing of roller.

SiO2 +TiO: 31 ~35%; CaF2+FeO: 21.10%; MgO + CaO : 21.60%;
Al2O3+ MnO2 : ≥ 26.30 %; S : ≥ 0.025%; P : ≥ 0.018 %;

The instruction of usage:
